Biography

A professor emeritus since retiring in 2016 after 30 years of service in the School of Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa, Pierre Trudel continues to pursue his academic and professional activities. His academic contributions include the publication of articles and book chapters, and participation in many symposia as a guest professor. As an associate professor at Université Laval (Quebec City), he is involved in supervising students and collaborates on many research projects. Professionally, he serves as a university career development consultant for professors and leads projects to develop sports coaches for Canadian (Quebec’s Ministry of Education) and international (in Singapore and Belgium) organizations.

Professor Trudel is not accepting new students for thesis supervision.
