Biography

Mwali Muray is an assistant professor at the School of Nursing, University of Ottawa. Her doctoral research focused on the experience of francophone nursing care providers and patients regarding health care for official language minority communities in Ontario. She has taught courses on areas including health assessment and complex nursing care, and has guest lectured for several undergraduate and graduate courses in both English and French. As well, as head of clinical education at the School of Nursing, Laurentian University, and a clinical educator at the Institut du Savoir Montfort, she acquired management and education experience. As a nurse, she worked in emergency services in Sudbury and Ottawa.

Professor Muray is accepting students for thesis supervision, including those eligible for the Ontario Learn and Stay Grant.
