Mujda Nooristani holds a professional master’s in audiology and a PhD in biomedical science (audiology) from the Université de Montréal. Her work deals mainly with the vestibular system and its functions, as well as with audio-vestibular interaction. Her research focuses on the effects of aging on the vestibular and auditory systems, as well as on static balance. She has completed postdoctoral studies in kinesiology and has studied postural control.
Professor Nooristani is currently accepting new students for thesis supervision.
