The Clinic provides legal services to the Ottawa community. Staffed by lawyers and law students, the Clinic provides public legal education, legal advice, and representation at court for a variety of criminal, family and tenant-related matters.

Legal Education
The Clinic serves low income people and undergraduate students enrolled at the University of Ottawa and at Carleton University. Our services are provided free of charge and are provided by law students who are supervised by staff lawyers. We provide our services in both French and English. For persons who require the assistance of a language interpreter, the Clinic can arrange for this service to be provided.
Areas of law
The Clinic provides legal services free of charge to all those who qualify financially and whose cases fall within our mandated areas of service. Undergraduate students of the University of Ottawa and Carleton University automatically qualify financially.
