CML3137 J - Critical Race Theory
This course will pursue the project of understanding how race and the law are co-constitutive. CML4101 B - Studies in Constitutional Law (Search and Seizure)
The Search and Seizure course will have two objectives: First, it will educate students on the law, including procedural and substantive issues. The legal principles of search and seizure will be covered in detail. Some foundational aspects of the law will be reviewed at the outset.
The second aspect of the course is to instruct students on how to practically approach search issues in litigation. Emphasis will be placed on properly framing search issues, considering onuses and burdens of proof, as well as tactical decision-making.
CML4111 D - Studies in Criminal Law (Extremism in Canada)
