Leaver has been a partner of the firm Kelly Santini LLP since 2019, where he is highly regarded for his work on mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has acted on more than 50 significant deals including many complex, high value, and cross-border transactions. Leaver also has extensive knowledge and understanding of not-for-profit board governance, and he advises many provincial and federal not-for-profit organizations and charities.
The OBJ Forty Under 40 Awards is a joint initiative of the OBJ and the Ottawa Board of Trade. This year marks the 25th edition of the event, which has recognized more than 900 business leaders since its inception. This year also marks the return to in-person celebration after two years of virtual events. The gala took place on Friday, June 17.
