Professor Vern Krishna Selected for 15th Edition of Best Lawyers in Canada

Common Law’s Professor Vern Krishna has been selected for inclusion in the 15th Edition of The Best Lawyers in Canada, recognizing his work in appellate practice, tax law, and trusts and estates.

The Best Lawyers in Canada is a peer-reviewed publication that recognizes top lawyers working in a wide variety of fields across the country.  The publication’s lists are compiled through exhaustive peer-review surveys; a listing in Best Lawyers is regarded as a significant honor in the legal community.

Professor Krishna is a member of the Order of Canada (2004); was appointed Queen’s Counsel (1989) by the Government of Canada; elected a Fellow of the Royal Society of Canada (1992); and a Fellow of the Certified General Accountants of Canada (1989). He received a LL.D. from the Law Society of Upper Canada in 2004 and the 125th Canada Medal (1993) from the Governor General of Canada.

This is the 15th year in a row that Professor Krishna has appeared on The Best Lawyers in Canada list.

Congratulations to Professor Krishna!
