It is essential to identify the urgent problems and implement necessary innovations to ensure a transparent reconstruction process. The presentation will cover key points of Ukraine's anti-corruption system. It will also highlight the risks that can significantly affect the transparency of future reconstruction and provide an overview of Ukraine’s current efforts to ensure the process's integrity.

The Civil Law Section is pleased to invite you to a conference entitled "Overview of Risks That Can Affect the Transparency of Ukraine’s Reconstruction" on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 from 11:30 am to 1 pm in Room 202 of the Fauteux building at the University of Ottawa. This conference is part of the Cycle des conférences faculty seminar series presented by the Civil Law Section.
The presentation will be given by Olha Chernovol, a postdoctoral fellow at the Civil Law Section, supervised by Prof. Jennifer Quaid. Dr Chernovol is an expert of anti-corruption law in Ukraine. Her project is funded by a special fellowship created by the Scholars-At-Risk organisation.
