Award a scholarship to an Indigenous student at the Faculty of Law, Civil Law Section of the University of
Ottawa.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet these criteria:
- be a Canadian citizen;
- provide documented proof of Indigenous identity, in accordance with the requirements of the University of Ottawa Eligibility for Focused Admissions, Scholarships, and Bursaries for First Nations, Inuit, and
Métis People administrative procedure; - be registered in a French-language undergraduate program at the Civil Law Section OR in a French language graduate program at the Faculty of Law and be supervised by a Civil Law Section professor.
Application Procedure
Applications must be made through Online Scholarships and Bursaries, which can be accessed
through the uoZone portal, and should include:
- documented proof of Indigenous identity, in accordance with the requirements of the University of Ottawa Eligibility for Focused Admissions, Scholarships, and Bursaries for First Nations, Inuit, and Métis People administrative procedure;
- a confirmation from the applicant that his/her supervisor is a Civil Law Section professor (if applicable).
