Me Jean-Paul DAUTEL has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2017, after a ten-year career in France as a lawyer practicing labour Law. He is currently pursuing a doctorate degree in Law at the civil Law section of the University of Ottawa and at the University of Lyon 2 under a cotutelle agreement. His research aera focuses on the effectiveness and place of Quebec Law and French Law in professional integration, employment maintenance and protection of people with a mental health problem.
