Our PhD program is an advanced degree focused on preparing students to write a thesis with the guidance of a member from the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies.
The aim of our doctoral program in Law is to cultivate independent academics and legal professionals who will further the body of knowledge within their specific area of law through the research conducted during and after their studies. The program is designed to create an environment where each student can gain the essential skills and insights needed to effectively complete a thesis. This includes designing, developing, and implementing a research framework, as well as mastering the theoretical and methodological resources pertinent to their research area.
This program offers the greatest flexibility in terms of elective course choices and research topic.
