Graduates leverage the advanced research skills acquired during this LLM and often pursue careers in policy-making, government, legal research, academia and private practice.  

Our grads are doing amazing things as law professors, lawyers in organizations such as the Department of Justice, the House of Commons, Judge Advocate General (JAG), or in private law firms. Others are pursing a PhD in prestigious institutions.

• Applicants must be current diplomats in Canada with legal training.

You will have access to over 110 full-time law professors; the largest faculty of law of any university in Canada.  

This program begins in September and consists of twelve-month, full-time enrolment, however part-time enrolment also available. Courses are taught in person, in either English or French
