Under this double degree, the institutions have set out, in advance, courses of study that they agree will meet their respective degree requirements. The courses of study in question ( Théorie du droit, Droit constitutionnel et administratif de l'Union or, Droit international)require that students complete a certain amount of credits at each institution. Students who successfully complete the requirements provided for in the agreement are entitled to receive two degrees - one from each institution.
For applicants to the General LL.M. with research paper program who are interested in studying abroad and obtaining a degree from another institution, the double degree with the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa (UO) and Aix Marseille University (AMU) offers an outstanding opportunity.
