Congratulations! You Have Received an Offer of Admission.

You will receive an email to let you know a decision has been made. You need to open a session in uoZone to check your admission file and view the details of your offer.

Log in to your uoZone, under Admission file > Download your Offer. Your admission file contains information on:

• your offer of admission
• conditions/requirements you must meet in order to be able to register
• steps to accept your offer

Follow the instructions in your admission file to accept your offer, and make sure you really understand all its conditions.

You must accept your offer of admission by the deadline indicated.

After you accept your offer, check that your personal information is correct, such as your current mailing address, your telephone number, your emergency contacts, etc. by accessing your uoZone  account under Applications > Student Center > Names > Addresses.

Make sure to meet all the requirements indicated in your offer of admission.

To avoid possible enrolment holds on your file, you must meet the conditions stipulated in your admission offer before enrolling in your courses (examples are proof of degree, an official transcript, etc.).

Enrol online according to your course requirements.

In order to be able to access the Enrol application in uoZone as soon as your enrolment period starts, you must have accepted your offer of admission at least three working days before the enrolment date assigned to you.

• You must enrol for all your courses online through uoZone.
• Make sure to register for the Fall and Winter terms at the same time.
• Fall and Winter terms: Enrolment starts in June. You will be emailed the date when you can first enrol about two weeks before enrolment opens. It is important to enrol on time – regardless of where you are located in the world – to secure a spot in your favourite classes.
• Spring/ Summer term: Enrolment starts in March and you will be emailed the date when you can first enrol about two weeks before enrolment opens.
• Consult the important dates and deadlines for more information.
• Once registered, you will be able to pay your tuition, get your student ID card, get your U-Pass and, new students: You will receive an email with instructions on how to access your uOttawa email account within 48 hours of your enrolment.

To start off on the right foot from the first day onward, you should complete certain essential tasks first such as enrolling in your courses, paying your tuition fees, taking a good look at your timetable and where your classes will be held, etc. Get started!

Unless you are a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada, you need a valid study permit to attend the program.
