Foreign law clerks at the Court are assigned to a specific Justice and typically research comparative legal issues and draft memoranda regarding legal questions which arise in pending cases. Foreign clerks find themselves engaging in several different areas of law such as public international law, criminal law, civil law and constitutional law.
Marceau is clerking for three months for Justice Daphne Barak-Erez Barak-Erez and for two months for Justice Yechiel Meir Kasher
This year’s other clerks are from Canada, the U.S. and Switzerland.
