Biography
Following her graduation from pharmacy school in 2010, Ms. Amanda Wolfe completed an accredited hospital pharmacy residency at The Ottawa Hospital. She then practiced as a clinical pharmacist in Hematology-Oncology and Palliative Care at the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre in Toronto and in Oncology at The Ottawa Hospital. Ms. Wolfe is currently a clinical pharmacist in palliative care at Bruyère Continuing Care in Ottawa. She is involved in various research projects and plays an active role as a preceptor and mentor to pharmacy and medical residents and students. She has received several awards for her contributions with these.

Research Projects
Ms. Wolfe's research interests include medication optimization in palliative care and pharmacy practice. She works with the palliative care team at the University of Ottawa, as well as others, and aims to collaborate with other professionals to optimize drug therapy and pharmacy practice.
