Biography
Dr. Johanne Weberpals specializes in gynecologic oncology within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is appointed as a Clinician Investigator at the Centre for Cancer Therapeutics, Ottawa Hospital Research Institute (OHRI). Within the Division of Gynecologic Oncology, she is director of Clinical Trials and is also the Director of STAR, a Strategic program in Translational-Aligned Research which focuses on translational research and new drug therapies in gynecologic cancers. Dr. Weberpals has supervised a research laboratory at the OHRI since 2005 with a primary interest in novel therapeutics and tumour biomarkers in gynecologic cancers.
