Biography:

Dr. Kianoosh Keyhanian is a Pathologist at The Ottawa Hospital, focusing on gynecological, breast and ophthalmic pathology. She is also an Assistant Professor at the University of Ottawa where she teaches medical students, post-graduates and residents. Her research is focused on studying the molecular aspects of gynecological and breast malignancies.

Dr. Keyhanian received her MD from Isfahan University of Medical Sciences and her Masters in Neuroscience and Cellular and Molecular Medicine from University of Ottawa. Following that, Dr. Keyhanian joined Anatomical Pathology residency program at University of Ottawa for five years. In 2021, Dr. Keyhanian completed a fellowship in surgical pathology at Stanford Medicine, focusing on gynecologic pathology.
