Biography
Leonard Bloom is a Family Physician who has been a member of the Greenboro Family Medicine Centre for 28 years. He completed his residency at Memorial and Queen’s. Prior to attending medical school at McGill he completed an undergraduate degree in English Literature and taught high school, under the auspices of CUSO, in Nigeria. As Chair of Interviewing Skills in the Faculty of Medicine and as a member of the Distinguished Teachers Program, he is particularly involved in undergraduate teaching and has a great interest in the power of language to create diagnostic accuracy and inspired relationships in the interactions of patients and physicians.
