Dr. Nazih Shenouda is currently an Interventional Pediatric Radiologist in the Medical Imaging Department at CHEO and is an Assistant Professor in the Radiology Department at the University of Ottawa.
Dr. Shenouda joined the Pediatric Medical Imaging Department at the Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario in 2004. He obtained his MSc at the Université de Montréal in 1987 and graduated from the Radiology Residency Program at McGill University in 1992.
His academic work focuses on pediatric radiology with an emphasis on Interventional, Vascular Anomalies and MSK.
His research work focuses on pediatric radiology with an emphasis on pediatric bone health evaluation through STOPP (Steroid-induced Osteoporosis in the Pediatric Population) study, a Canadian study and Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy pilot.
