Dr. Ye (Hailey) Jin

Dr. Jin has a Bachelor of Medical Science with Honors from Western University and an M.D. from the University of Toronto. She completed her training with the uOttawa Psychiatry Residency program, where she served as a chief resident and is held in universally high regard by our faculty. Dr. Jin has very clear interests in reproductive psychiatry and psychotherapy since early in her training/career. Her clinical practice primarily involves reproductive psychiatry and secondarily outpatient general adult psychiatry with a mood and anxiety disorder focus. She is also a therapy supervisor for CBT and IPT modalities, and continues to pursue certification pathways herself. She is a strong advocate for learners’ wellness, and enjoys mentorship and teaching in various settings. Her research interests include perinatal mental health, outcomes research, measurement-based care, and hoping to explore AI clinical integration as a part of her interest in QI/QA.
