Heat Smart Study - $3,000 Stipend - Low Commitment, High Impact
We’re excited to share that the Canadian Primary Care Information Network (CPIN) has received a new grant from Health Canada to conduct a randomized control trial (RCT) in collaboration with the Eastern Ontario Health Unit and Ottawa Public Health.
This study aims to strengthen the connection between primary care and public health to better prepare communities for extreme heat events, aligning with the principles of Heat Alert and Response Systems (HARS).
We’re offering you DFM Faculty Members priority access to register before we extend this opportunity to all eligible family physicians in Eastern Ontario.

Call for Applications: Junior Clinical Research Chair
The Department of Family Medicine will nominate one candidate for a Junior Clinical Research Chair in the Faculty of Medicine. An internal selection process will be conducted to identify the nominee.
