Students are required to submit electronic requests and documents to be reviewed and/or processed by their supervisor or academic unit.
Submit service requests seamlessly, covering categories from enrolment to thesis submissions. Plan ahead for a 3-week processing time to avoid enrollment impacts.
How to submit a service request
IMPORTANT: Please note that it can take up to 3 weeks to process service requests, so we recommend that you plan in advance and submit requirements ahead of time to ensure that there is no impact on your enrolment.
