THM 7999 & Continuous activities

  • Once you have enrolled for the first time in a continuing activity such as the thesis, you must maintain your enrolment until the activity is completed.

Enrolment to continuous activities:

  • THM 7999: After your first (manual) enrolment to the thesis, all subsequent enrolments are automatic, unless you have a hold on your account, which will require that you manually enrol once you have arranged to have your hold lifted.

Time-Limit:

  • Masters Thesis students have a maximum of 4 years to complete their program requirements (exception: Fast-track).

MSc to the PhD program (fast track)

Fast Track

If you wish to transfer from the MSc to the PhD program (fast track), you must complete the “Transfer Exam” during the fourth or before the end of the fifth term of your program.
Before transferring to the Doctorate program, students must have completed their program requirements, with the exception of the thesis activity.
Note: Courses completed during the master's program will not count towards the PhD program requirements.
