The FoM invites Clinician-Scientists to apply for our Clinical Research Chairs Program. Applications will be accepted until March 16, 2020, for both new and renewal candidates. The program, which funds various levels of Chairs, aims to support excellence in clinical research with an ultimate goal of improving health and/or patient care.
Medical Doctors (M.D.) at the Assistant, Associate and Full Professor levels in a clinical department may be eligible to apply for a Clinical Research Chair (Distinguished, Tier 1 or Tier 2). Medical Doctors (M.D.) at the Assistant Professor level within their first 5 years of Faculty appointment may be eligible to apply for a Junior Clinical Research Chair. Details can be found in the application form (pdf, 133.52 KB). All applicants must secure support from their Department Chair prior to submitting their application.
