A Public Consultation Session: Internationalization at uOttawa
Tuesday, December 5, 2017
Roger Guindon Hall
Lecture Hall A (room 2005)
3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
As one of the University of Ottawa’s four strategic pillars, internationalization requires the full participation of all members of the University Community. It will allow the University of Ottawa to play a leading role in the expansion of research, to offer a university education that is open to the world, and to consolidate our international recruitment and student mobility activities.
The report outlines the key recommendations that will guide central administration in implementing an effective and contemporary internationalization policy.
The President’s Office invites attendees to read the key strategic elements and the draft version of the Committee's report so that anyone interested may share their ideas with Mr. Frémont. By taking a variety of perspectives into account, the University of Ottawa will be better equipped to position itself in terms of internationalization, both on campus and abroad.
The same session will take place at the Main Campus on Monday, December 4 at Tabaret Hall, Room TBT 083 at 3:30 p.m. to 5 p.m.
