Dr. Warren Cheung is one of five Canadians recognized for their contributions to improving the lives of resident doctors in Canada.
Dr. Warren Cheung, an assistant professor in the Department of Emergency Medicine and an emergency medicine physician and clinical epidemiologist at the Ottawa Hospital, is being honoured nationally for his contributions to improving the lives of resident doctors in Canada.
The awards are granted annually by Resident Doctors of Canada (RDoC), a not-for-profit organization that represents over 10,000 resident doctors across Canada. Dr. Cheung is receiving the RDoC Mikhael Award for Medical Education, staff category. He shares this award with Dr. Bruce Fage, a psychiatry resident at the University of Toronto.
