In ten minutes, what would you tell the new dean?

Today the Faculty of Medicine launched its Faculty Experience Survey, conducted by third party survey company Mercer.

Your Chair or Division Head may already have advised you to look out for this important survey. We invite feedback from all faculty members and we encourage you to participate. It should take about 10 minutes of your time.

Your feedback is needed

On top of providing valuable insight into the various Departments, your input will allow for:

  • DIRECTION: To make suggestions to the incoming dean on how the Faculty can better communicate with, listen to and serve its members
  • ACTION: Data collected from this survey will allow the Faculty Experience and Leadership Teams to develop actionable priorities and recommendations to support your sense of belonging
  • PROGRESS: To measure overall engagement with the Faculty of Medicine, creating a baseline for measuring future progress
Quick and easy

Because your time is precious, the survey will only take about 10 minutes to complete. It is now live, and will remain open until 5 p.m. on June 2, 2017.

All responses are completely confidential. Summary results will be shared with the Faculty and with you through your Chair.

Survey link is now in your inbox

Look for the link to the online survey in your inbox. If you do not find the link in your uOttawa email, please check your hospital/institute email, and vice versa.

The Faculty is counting on your participation to make this effort a success, and we urge you to have your say. Thank you in advance for your input.
