In the spirit of recognizing outstanding efforts and achievements of staff at the Faculty of Medicine, the FoM is proud to announce the creation of the Faculty of Medicine Staff Awards in the categories of service excellence and innovation. These awards will be distributed at the Faculty of Medicine Staff Appreciation Luncheon on Friday, December 13, 2019.
Nominations are now open for the following:
- The Faculty of Medicine Staff Service Excellence Award – Individual
- The Faculty of Medicine Staff Service Excellence Award – Team
- The Faculty of Medicine Staff Innovation Award – Individual
- The Faculty of Medicine Staff Innovation Award – Team
Please find additional information about the awards and the nomination form here. The nomination deadline is 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday, December 3rd. Note that each nomination must detail why the individual or team should win the award (250-500 words).
