It is with great pride that the University of Ottawa Faculty of Medicine and the School of Pharmaceutical Sciences welcome you to the campus for our Orientation Days.
- Please note that your participation in Orientation Days is compulsory and represents a critical step towards a confident start to your academic year.
- Onsite registration will take place on August 30, 2023, at 8:30 a.m. at Roger Guindon Hall (RGN), 451 Smyth Road, in front of the amphitheatres (2nd level). Your registration is valid for all three (3) days.
A staff member will greet you at the main entrance to RGN to direct you where to go.
- For public transportation, your options are:
- Plan your trip via Planification de trajet via OC Transpo.
- uOttawa shuttle bus. For GPS tracking, download the "BusWhere for uOttawa" app for iOS or Android! Sign up for free. *Please note that a student card is required to board the shuttle bus.
For new students, you must order your card online: Submit your photo online - Current students. Once your student card is ready, you will receive a communication informing you of the pickup location.
- Paid parking is available at RGN:
- Purchase of a day permit via the HotSpot app (HotSpot # 4004) or payment at the kiosk (credit card only) - $17.50 daily maximum.
