Abstract :

This research examines the implementation of open pedagogies in postsecondary education for Nigerian refugees in the Republic of Niger. Through a case study approach, it explores how open educational practices can be co-designed to meet the unique needs of displaced learners, contributing to UNESCO's Sustainable Development Goal 4 (SDG 4) of inclusive and equitable education. The research analyzes current pedagogical practices, identifies challenges, and proposes innovative strategies to enhance learning outcomes. The findings aim to inform policymakers and educators on creating more accessible, flexible, and culturally relevant educational opportunities for refugee populations in crisis-affected regions.
