For the Office of the Vice-Dean, Undergraduate Studies, the past year has been full of innovation and development. The Office successfully developed several inclusion and indigenization initiatives under the guidance of Vice-Dean Hélène Pellerin and Assistant Vice-Dean Véronique Strimelle. By implementing targeted strategies, we facilitated the return to in-person classes, welcomed international students, provided mental health support services, and raised awareness of academic integrity issues. We also diversified and enriched the range of courses we offer by establishing new programs in several academic units. What’s more, we innovated in our teaching by adopting an experiential learning model that has opened up very promising new opportunities in the coming year.
“The extraordinary efforts of our faculty are a testament to our spirit, and I'm honoured to lead this incredible team. Together, we'll continue to inspire, innovate and make an impact on the world.”
