CONTEXT
As part of a research project entitled "Metropolitan Governance and Collaborative Spatial Planning in Canada's National Capital Region" funded by the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada - SSHRC, the research team is seeking two student fellows to join the team.

REQUIREMENTS
Have an undergraduate or graduate degree in the social sciences (or be in the process of obtaining one);
Be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident of Canada and be committed to pursuing graduate studies in a program at the Université du Québec en Outaouais (UQO) or the University of Ottawa, under the supervision of a professor member of the team;
Interest in writing a master's thesis or doctoral dissertation on one of the research topics;
Very good knowledge of written French and good writing skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English would be an asset;
Ability to work in a team.

VALUE OF THE GRANTS
PhD: $21,000 per year (2 years)
Master's degree: $17,500 per year (2 years)
