After a federal public service career spanning over 30 years in operations and corporate management in federal departments, the Treasury Board Secretariat and the Canada Post Corporation, Camille launched a Human Resources consulting practice. Over the last 10 years, she has served as the Vice-President/Chief Human Resources Officer for the Canada Border Services Agency and the Federal Justice Department. Camille has also served on the Boards of Big Sisters, Ashbury College Board of Governors, Salus Corporation and is a volunteer with Dress for Success Ottawa. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Hon) and a Certificate in Public Sector Leadership and Governance from the University of Ottawa, a certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the Canadian International Institute of Applied Negotiation (CIIAN) as well as a certificate in workplace investigations from the Canadian Association of Workplace Investigators.
