In fall 2024, undergraduate students Lilas Forcade, Ali Ghadbawi and Showtell Browne each coauthored an article in Policy Magazine with Kevin Page of the Institute of Fiscal Studies and Democracy. In October 2024, Kevin Page and Lilas Forcade coauthored the article “Canada’s Soft Landing: Inflation Down, Interest Rates Falling, Economy Growing”, which was quoted in the Government of Canada’s Fall Economic Statement. In November 2024, Kevin Page and Ali Ghadbawi coauthored the article “Governing for Growth in a Time of Polycrisis”. Finally, in December 2024, Kevin Page and Showtell Browne coauthored “Five Takeaways from the 2024 Fall Economic Statement”.
