Are you a professor, instructor, or member of the academic staff? Placing course materials on reserve provides students with remote and easy access to academic materials!
As we are currently accepting course syllabi for the winter 2025 semester, our team is pleased to support your efforts to create your course reserves, which could include physical as well as digital materials (print books, PDFs, e-books, streaming videos, journal articles, textbooks, etc.)
Course Reserve staff will manage the delicate and time-consuming application of copyright and licensing agreements.
How to submit your request
- Send us your course syllabus or reading list by email at [email protected]. Staff will then process your request. Provide a full bibliographic citation for each item in your syllabus or reading list to speed up the processing of course materials.
- Once your request has been processed, any materials placed on reserve will be available to your students via Ares.
