Request for meeting rooms and event spaces

The Library makes spaces available for use by uOttawa faculties, departments, organizations and institutes for programming that supports the teaching, learning and research mission of the University.

First priority is given to the workshops, programs and special events offered by the Library and its partners in support of its services. We particularly encourage the use of our spaces for programs that support the academic mission of the University of Ottawa. Complete the online request form ideally, one month in advance of your event. A Library staff member will respond within 5 working days of receiving your request.
