| Veuillez nous donner une courte description de cette formation | PIL training required in depth knowledge of animal scientific procedures act (ASPA), the law around animal research and ethics. Throughout my 4 year PhD I handled mice daily including weighing and righting reflex. I regularly performed oral gavage in mice from the age of P5 through to P21 and facial IV injections of P1 pups. Regularly harvest tissues. Cull mostly using CO2 chamber, occasionally decapitation (age dependant) and/ or cervical dislocation. |
