The training involved: principles and guidelines for animal protection and legislation, design and execution of an animal experiment, Anesthesia: effects of, intra - and postoperative monitoring, pain monitoring and control, clinical examination, normal behavior, methods of identification and restraining, blood collection techniques, anesthesia techniques, euthanasia.
I can summarize my in-vivo mice experience in that I have not done any in-vivo work for my MSc thesis project, however, I have been involved in a few workshops, where mice handling/injection/sacrificing/dissection/bone marrow flushing was involved.
