Boardroom #1 (Room 222) AV System User Guide

Technology available:

  • Monitor + remote
  • Computer (on the side of the monitor)
  • Apple TV
  • Keyboard + mouse
  • Camera (top of monitor)

If using a Windows, Apple or other device to connect to monitor

Login:

  1. Use the TV remote to turn on the monitor (press POWER ON) at the front of the boardroom (a light should turn blue).
  2. Make sure that the monitor is on HDMI #2.
  3. Connect your device to the HDMI cable attached to the system near the monitor.

(If you’re using an Apple product, connect an adapter from a Type-C port to HDMI.)

   4. Your screen should now be projected on the monitor.

If using built-in computer in Boardroom #1:

Login:

  1. Use the TV remote to turn on the monitor (press POWER ON) at the front of the boardroom (a light should turn blue).
  2. Make sure the computer is turned ON (Look on the side of the monitor closest to the exit . The light should be on).

  1. Using the TV remote, make sure the monitor is on Display Port #1.
  2. Use black Microsoft mouse + keyboard on the table to control.

  3. Wi-Fi connection:

    a. Connect to eduroam (University community).

    b. Connect to guest Wi-Fi.

  4. Enter username and password to login.

    Username: North

    Password: Configuration1$
