My research interests include: training of psychotherapists, therapeutic alliance, group psychotherapy, attachment theory, and psychotherapy practice-research networks. My lab is currently conducting a CIHR funded clinical trial to test the efficacy of virtually-delivered training of community-based psychotherapists to repair therapeutic alliance ruptures and microaggressions.
