Among our suite of wide field systems the CBIA is excited to offer both Apotome and deconvolution options to satisfy optical sectioning needs. Our high-end DeltaVision system is equipped with a high-precision stage coupled with a high-definition, high-speed sCMOS camera making it an ideal platform for fast and long-term live-cell imaging. It’s integrated restorative deconvolution tool allowing it to produce images with similar resolution to our standard confocal microscopes.
The CBIA Core is home to a variety of wide field epifluorescent microscopes to suit routine imaging needs in both live and fixed samples.
