This interactive dialogue aims to cover recent developments concerning investigations and reparations of human rights violations in the Americas. Panelists will also address issues concerning violations of the rights of women, property and land rights, and the challenges private companies and extractive industries pose to indigenous people in Canada and the hemisphere.
