Data Literacy in Global Context
Audrey Wubbenhorst and Colin Decker will share their insights on working with the Colombian government and the Office of the President of Kosovo to provide technical assistance related to data literacy, communications, and analysis. In Colombia, they supported the government with data analysis on integrating Venezuelan refugees. In Kosovo, they are collaborating with stakeholders to improve data collection and analysis to advance gender equality.

Audrey and Colin have been working with Alinea International as part of the Technical Assistance Partnership - Expert Deployment Mechanism (TAP-EDM) project funded by Global Affairs Canada. Audrey is a professor teaching communication at Humber College. Colin is a statistical consultant and researcher. He holds a Ph.D. in Statistics from the University of Toronto.
