Every academic year, CRECS offers bursaries of $500 on a one-time basis to cover expenses related either to i) data collection for thesis research or ii) costs associated with presenting CRECS-related research at a peer-reviewed academic conference. Graduate students (Masters or PhD) who are supervised by a CRECS Principal Researcher are eligible to apply. There are two deadlines per year: the first working days of November and March.
Graduate students who apply to the bursary programme will be asked to provide a brief description of their thesis research or their conference presentation topic and how they relate to the CRECS’ vision “inclusive knowledge, better society”.
