Congratulations Gloria!

We are pleased to announce that HRREC student member Gloria Song successfully defended her Ph.D. thesis entitled Access to Safe, Sustainable, & Healthy Housing in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut: An Institutional Ethnography, on 5 December 2024. Gloria's research, supervised by Professors Angela Cameron and Jackie Dawson, critically examines issues of access to justice related to the housing crisis in Cambridge Bay, Nunavut.

The Office of Graduate Studies also thanked the thesis internal and external examiners: Professors Sarah Buhler (College of Law, University of Saskatchewan), Julie Ynes Ada Tchoukou, David Wiseman, and Sonia Wesche, as well as Professor Alexandre Poulain for chairing the defence.
