Caroline has over 20 years' experience in a university environment.
Since 2015, she has worked as a specialist in communications and outreach at the Human Rights Research and Education Centre (HRREC). Caroline is responsible for website content, social media platforms, communications and the planning, management and delivery of all HRREC events, including complex projects undertaken by the Centre and its partners. She is also a member of the SAR uOttawa Committee and the Coalition for Academic Freedom in the Americas.
Prior to joining the HRREC team, she spent 8 years as the Research Promotion Coordinator in the Research Office of the Telfer School of Management. She was responsible for promoting the research activities and initiatives of the Telfer School faculty through various channels. She coordinated four seminar series and various research-related events. She also assisted the Research Facilitator and the Associate Dean (Research) with various projects. Before moving to Ottawa, she held various positions in the Faculty of Administrative Sciences at Laval University, including the Communications Service and the Undergraduate Office.
