Salvador is a Ph.D. candidate at the Faculty of Law. Previously, he has worked as legal adviser to the Andean Commission of Jurists, senior jurisdictional counsel to the Constitutional Court of Peru and Chief human rights legal adviser to the Peruvian Department of Justice and Human Rights. He is a member of the Latin American Study Group on International Criminal Law. He is an external partner of the Memory Laws in European and Comparative Perspective (MELA Project). In December 2017, Salvador was appointed to be one of the foreign experts that will provide technical assistance to the Special Jurisdiction for Peace in Colombia, created under the peace agreement celebrated with the FARC in November 2016.
