The winter 2010 edition of the Common Law Bulletin, entitled “Law & Technology,” is now online.
This issue features Common Law alumni, faculty and students who are working, teaching and studying in the technology law field. Some highlights include the law school’s new Centre for Law, Technology and Society; Professor Michael Geist’s efforts to raise public awareness through digital advocacy; a profile of alumni Gabriel van Loon (’01) and Kathleen Simmons (’07), part of the legal team at the Canadian Association of Broadcasters; and a feature on LL.M. student, Will Karam (’01) who is building Smart Communities into his studies.
