HRREC members, Professor Magda Donia (Telfer School of Management) and Ph. D. Candidate in law Salvador Herencia, with their colleagues Sigalit Ronen, Robert McCorquodale and Sara Seck, are coauthors of an article published in the journal Sustainability.

The article is entitled "The Theorized Relationship between Organizational (Non)Compliance with the United Nations Guiding Principles on Human Rights and Desired Employee Workplace Outcomes". The purpose of the article is to explore, based on studies related to the impact of corporate social responsibility, how employees can contribute to adopt business policies related to the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. This is part of a research project supported by an Insight Development Grant of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council of Canada (SSHRC).
